Katechis + Partners is an architecture and engineering studio founded by Dimitrios Katechis in 1980. Since then the company has successfully completed numerous individual projects. It is a group of highly qualified and motivated architects and civil engineers seeking opportunities to create unique and intriguing urban events. 

Today, the successful route of the company is furthermore strengthened by the following Manolis Katechis and have expanded their portfolio which now offers the following services:

Based in Corfu and Athens, we work on a wide range of building typologies, including private residential projects, resorts, hotels, office buildings, stores, industrial buildings, etc.  

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our philosophy is centered around a specificity in approach to design. In each project, the firm explores new ways to integrate an organizing idea with the programmatic and functional essence of a building. Rather than imposing a style upon different programs, sites, and climates, the unique character of a project becomes the starting point for an architectural idea. The concept acts as a thread connecting disparate parts with exact intention. Informed by tradition, enriched by materiality, and inspired by contemporary life, we create a crafted design.
